Returns and Refunds

Return deadline 
We pay close attention to the quality of our products, but if the product is scratched or damaged, or if you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept inquiries about returns or exchanges if more than 7 days have passed.

Return shipping costs <br data-mce-fragment="1">We will cover the cost if the item is scratched or broken due to an accident during delivery, if the item you receive is different from the one you ordered, or if the item is defective.

If an exchange is not possible, we will transfer the return amount to your designated bank account.

If you receive a defective product, we will check the condition of the product, so please do not throw away the contents and return it in its original condition.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
